I founded Jesmond Loft Conversions in 2009 after spending 12 years working as a project manager for leading North East construction firms. Born and raised in Newcastle, I've lived in Jesmond for over 20 years — my own home on Clayton Road was, naturally, one of my first loft conversions.
What sets us apart is simple: we treat every home as if it were our own. I personally oversee every project from initial survey to final handover. Our team of eight specialist builders, two structural engineers, and an in-house architect ensures that every conversion meets the exacting standards I demand.
